Commitment turnaround
Title documents searched and summarized, with exceptions flagged for your examiner. About 5 hours a week back. A human examiner still signs off.
What you get
Title documents searched and summarized, with exceptions flagged for your examiner. Typical work: searching and summarizing title documents, and building exception lists. A human examiner still signs off on every commitment.
What you earn
Faster commitments are the operational point. Whether agents and lenders send more files because of that is not something we have measured, so it is not in the payback math.
The payback math (an estimate, not a promise)
Using the BLS OEWS, May 2025 national mean hourly wage for title examiners, abstractors and searchers:
- Assumed time saved: about 5 hours a week (an assumption, not a measurement; we haven't measured it at a customer)
- Wage: $29.97/hour
- Value: about 5 × $29.97 ≈ $150 a week
- Payback: $3,000 ÷ $150 is about 20 weeks
Your numbers will differ. If it saves fewer hours, payback takes longer.
What you're buying
It is yours, not a subscription. The $3,000 is a flat sprint. We deploy the assistant on your hardware (it can run fully offline) or in your own cloud tenant. We do not host it, so there is no monthly fee from us.
$3,000 flat
No ongoing fees. You own the deployment. Mutual NDA before kickoff.
Live within 48 hours of kickoff and data access, or a full refund.
And your files stay private
A private deployment lowers the risk of AI leaks. It doesn't replace your own security program and doesn't remove any compliance, ethics or contractual obligations (including SOC 2, if you're subject to it). We don't hold SOC 2 or any other certification. It can run fully offline on your hardware. Client data stays inside your environment and goes to no outside AI vendor.
